Antique German Regimental Military Lithophane Beer Stein with Pewter Lid. Approximately 10.5 tall with artistically designed and engraved Lid. This ceramic stein is marked: Field-Art. Wurzburg 1908/10, Reserve Hat Ruh on the lid. A logo is embossed on inside bottom of stein. Great detail and colors on this piece. Top of lid had been altered, perhaps shaved down to fit in a display cabinet. One of several in a collection by Long Time Norfolk VA Physician. Obtained by him as a Army Medical Officer in post war occupied Germany, as mementos of his Army Service there during WW2.
